I added a 70’s style blacklight poster effect to one of my old photographs.
I later added animation the picture.
I use the Artivive app to bring my artwork to life. It is a free download at the Apple or Google store and you don’t even need to create an account. Just view the artwork through your phone camera and you can see a more richly layered photo.
